The following terms and conditions are applicable to the use of our online ayurvedic consultation service through this portal. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use any of our services and stop browsing this website.
Our letters, emails, and recommendations are not valid for medico-legal purposes.
We advise ayurvedic medicine and herbs based on ayurvedic science and ancient wisdom that comes from ancient literature including Charaka Samhita, Sushruta Samhita, Ashtanga Hridaya, Yoga Ratnakar, Bhava Prakash Nighantu, Bhaishajya Ratnavali and several similar books. Based on Tridosha theory, we recommend ayurvedic treatment to our patients. However, we try our best to recommend the best possible treatment, diet and lifestyle modifications that would help patients to get rid of their health problems.
Online consultation also comes with some limitations. It depends solely on the information that you provide in the form and investigation reports that you share with us. We cannot do physical examination, which is also an essential part of treatment. It is advisable that you should provide the maximum possible information in the form for accurate treatment. Due to this reason, our consultation form is very long and we want get maximum possible information from your side. This information helps us to understand your body type, vikiriti dosha, tridosha imbalance and health condition. Based on this information, we recommend suitable ayurvedic treatment.
Due to consideration of several limitations of online consultation than face-to-face consultation, your reliance on advice, recommendation, prescription (suggested herbs and ayurvedic medicines) and information provided by us is solely at your own risk. We will not be responsible for any injury or loss occurring due to the advice or recommendations given by us. We will not be responsible for any inaccuracy or mistake in our emails, advice, recommendation and suggested remedies or prescription.
Do Not Provide Any Advice Outside of Our Expertise
We only have expertise in Ayurveda. We do not provide any advice outside of our expertise.
We are not expert of Modern Medicine and other systems of Medicine. So, we do not advise you to stop any prescription medicine or any alternative medicine prescribed by another physician. It will be your decision to stop any medicine and you will only be responsible for any unwanted outcome.
It would be better to consult the physician who prescribed these medicines if you want to stop them or if you do not have any symptom after taking ayurvedic medicines and herbs. He will not prescribe you any unnecessary medicine under medical ethics.
